Fire destroys Farmington home where 400 pot plants, meth lab were found 2 weeks ago


FARMINGTON – A three-alarm fire was reported Wednesday evening at 294 Meaderboro Road.

Police seized more than 400 marijuana plants and found evidence of an inactive meth lab at that address earlier this month.

The two residents who had been living there at the time were arrested on July 10. An 11-year-old also lived at the address.

It is unclear if the fire is related to the past residents.
