Farmington man found passed out in car arrested on drug charges

ROCHESTER – A Farmington man that was found passed out in his parked car, was arrested on several drug-related felonies.

When police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Milton Road, they found Andrew Clement slumped over the wheel of the 2010 Mercedes-Benz.

Inside the vehicle police seized narcotics, paraphernalia and money.

Clement, 33, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug, possession with intent to distribute, contempt and transportation of drugs.
