Facing arrest, eviction 'Muskrat' bails on Epsom campground without cabin trailer

CONCORD - The “Muskrat” man Rick Panzieri from Epsom’s Circle 9 Ranch campground was not arrested or charged over the weekend.

NH1 News spoke with Epsom’s police chief, who claimed, “they’re going to evict [Panzieri] through the court system instead,” if he did not leave the campground, where he had lived for almost a decade.

The police chief confirmed that Panziera had in fact left the campground this weekend.

According to the Concord Monitor, the “Muskrat” fled the campground on Friday with a truck packed with his belongings, stating “I’m bugging out.”

In a phone interview with the Monitor, Panziera said, “Wherever I go, I’m gonna be a survivor.”

There is no word if Panziera will return to Epsom’s Circle 9 Ranch or not.
