Extended NH1 Forecast for Sunday, March 1, 2015


Sunday bring milder temperatures to the Granite State before a cold front tracks in Sunday night. Along with some colder air, the chance for snow. A widespread snowfall will be possible for NH but amounts don't look to be too heavy at this time, generally on the order of 1"-3".

High pressure returns for Monday Afternoon through Tuesday. A stronger storm system looks to track through Tuesday night into Wednesday. NH will see warmer air so this system looks like a snow to ice to rain setup.

Sunday: Sunny to start, increasing clouds during the afternoon, highs 26-30. Sunday Night: Cloudy with snow likely, lows 18-22. Monday: Early morning snow showers possible otherwise gradual clearing, highs 30-34. Tuesday: Mostly sunny, a chance of snow changing to sleet and freezing rain at night, highs 27-31. Wednesday: A chance of early sleet and freezing rain, then rain, much warmer, highs 41-45. Thursday: A chance of morning snow showers, partly sunny, highs 33-37. Friday: Mostly sunny, highs 22-26.
