Extended NH1 Forecast for Monday, Jan. 26, 2015


Skies are clear for most of the day Monday, with temperatures in the teens and twenties.

In Southern New Hampshire snow will begin coming down steadily Monday evening around 10 p.m. and will pick up significantly early Tuesday morning. Winds will be between 15-30 MPH with gusts up to 50 MPH at the coast.

Tuesday ushers in low pressure, and very heavy snowfall. This system appears to increase in intensity. For more details on this system stay tuned with NH1 and NH1.com with more details as they develop.

Monday: Partly sunny with a slight chance of a snow shower, breezy and colder, highs 17-21. Monday Evening: Snow settles in southern New Hampshire and intensifies into Tuesday. Tuesday: Heavy snow track through. Highs 14-18. Wednesday: Mostly sunny, less of a breeze but still cold, highs 16-20. Thursday: Sun and clouds, a slight chance of snow showers in the PM, warmer, highs 25-29. Friday: Mostly sunny, highs 22-26.
