RadioShack Corp. is preparing to shut down the almost-century-old retail chain in a bankruptcy deal that would sell about half its store leases to Sprint Corp.
Negotiations have yet to being but Sprint is only interested in a percentage of the stores.
New Hampshire has 29 store locations, and although negotiations could still break down, employees are wondering the fate of their jobs.
Some, like Tim Murphy, decided to get out early.
"Jump ship while you can," said Murphy.
Others are going to wait it out.
"We'll see, maybe this won't be one of the stores that has to close," said John Barry.
