NORTH CONWAY - More than half a dozen expectant mother's rushed to the hospital New Year's Eve, but only one takes the title of First New Hampshire Baby of 2015.
Jennifer Como, of Ossippee, welcomed Harper Deane at 12:33 a.m., Jan. 1. Harper was 7 pounds, 20 ounces.
Just over 24 minutes later at 12:57 a.m., Helen Hong and Sergi Elizalde said hello to 7 pound, 3 ounce Julia.
At 2:15 a.m., 9 pound, 7 ounce Lincoln William greeted parents Stephanie and Michael Kolodziej.
Less than two hours later, at 4 a.m., first time parents Kastiena Bodge and Steve Wilson of Lebanon, Maine, welcomed little 7 1/2 pound Logan.
Births also occured at Portsmouth Regional Hospital at 6:15 a.m., Catholic Medical Center at 9:10 a.m. and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center at 11:35 a.m.
