Exeter ranked the best town in NH to sell a home

EXETER — Are you an Exeter resident looking to sell your home? You're in the right place.

A recent study done by SmartAsset, a New York based financial technology company that ranks towns and cities all over the country, has called Exeter the easiest place to sell a home in the state.

Some of the factors used to determine this are risk, stability, affordability, and ease of sale. Exeter homes spend an average of 70.1 days on the market, followed by Derry 75.1 days, Hudson 110.4 days, Rochester 129.3 days, Manchester 191 days, Claremont 238 days, Concord 243.6 days, Hampton, 274.4 days, Berlin 279.4 days, and Laconia 358.3 days.

Exeter offers similarities to the coastal communities including a walkable downtown, without the price tag. The town is also part of the School Administrative Unit 16 which is appealing to home buyers.
