Exeter Hospital evacuated after reports of odor, several ambulances respond to scene

EXETER — Exeter Hospital has been evacuated and police and emergency crews, including several ambulances, are on scene.

Witnesses at the scene said employees were asked to leave the hospital around 11:30 a.m. and police responded to the scene.

The original call to police was for a report of an odor in the Emergency Department.

It's unclear if all patients had to leave the hospital as well.

NH1 News has a crew headed to the scene and will update this story as soon as more information becomes available.
