Ex-football coach, accused of sexually assaulting Concord students, waives probable cause hearing


CONCORD - Donald Levesque, the former coach and teacher facing multiple sexual assault charges and child pornography charges, waived his probably cause hearing scheduled for Thursday.

Levesque, 30, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy and another student that was of consensual age.

Levesque has hired a new attorney, James Moir.

Moir is well-known for representing a Manchester lawyer who was found guilty of exploiting her own child for pornography in 2013.

Most recently, Levesque was working in construction in Concord and helping to coach youth football for the Concord Capitals until his arrest the first of October.
