Epping police find 2-year-old boy unresponsive in pool


EPPING - A child is being treated at Exeter Hospital after being found in a pool Monday morning.

Police responded to 57 Hedding Road to investigate a report of a missing 2-year-old child at 8:49 a.m. The child had been missing for 10 minutes and was believed to have wandered into the woods. When officers arrived, they found the boy unresponsive floating in an above-ground pool behind the home.

Officers began resuscitation and the boy was taken by Epping Ambulance to the Exeter Hospital.

The boy’s name along with his family's are not being released until all family members are notified.

Epping police are investigating.
