Epping man accused of threatening another with chainsaw indicted
BRENTWOOD - An Epping man accused of threatening another man with a chainsaw has been indicted by a Rockingham County grand jury.
Kyle Kappotis, 28, faces a felony count of criminal threatening for allegedly chasing a Chester man on Sept. 24.
He is also charged with resisting arrest and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
man was indicted on three charges for allegedly threatening a Chester homeowner with a chainsaw and setting a picnic table on fire, according to prosecutors.
The felony charge is punishable by up to 3.5 to 7 years in prison.
