Epping father fined for playing video game as child hangs out window, police say


EPPING – An Epping father was fined for playing video games when police said his 3-year-old son climbed out a window.

According to the Union Leader, Jason Kendrick was fined $310 and pleaded guilty to reckless conduct.

“I turned my eye for a second,” Kendrick said.

Police were called to Kendrick’s apartment after a report of a child hanging out of a window.
