Empty home burned in early morning Rochester fire

ROCHESTER — Firefighters responding to a reported brush fire arrived to find a vacant home engulfed in flames early Monday morning.

Fosters Daily Democrat reported the 1 a.m. fire broke out in a single-story vacant home at 30 Hansonville Road.

Fire crews from Barrington, Dover, and Durham assisted the Rochester firefighters at the scene. Somersworth and Milton firefighters covered the fire stations.
