Electronic Powerball tickets now available in NH through AutoLotto smart phone app
KEENE — Electronic Powerball tickets can now be purchased in New Hampshire through a smart phone app called AutoLotto.
The San Francisco-based startup will launch this weekend as a sponsor of the NASCAR Xfinity Series race in Loudon, according to the Concord Monitor.
Jim Bashios - the owner of the South Street Market in Concord - expressed concerns to the Monitor about how electronic tickets might adversely affect sales at convenience stores. However, Matt Clemenson, the app’s founder, told the Monitor that electronic ticket sales won’t have a negative impact on brick and mortar store sales.
