JERUSALEM (AP) Israeli police officials say an Ecuadorean tourist has died of wounds she suffered in an attack last week by a Palestinian man who drove his car into a crowded train station.
The 22-year-old woman, who was not immediately identified Sunday, was the second person to die in the attack. A 3-month-old baby girl was also killed.
Police say the driver, a Palestinian man from east Jerusalem, had a history of anti-Israel violence and had previously spent time in Israeli prison. The man was shot as he tried to flee the scene and later died of his wounds.
