East Kingston man's name to be removed from sex offender registry

NH1.com

BRENTWOOD — An East Kingston man will be removed from the state's sex offender registry after a successful petition to Rockingham Superior Court.

Seacoastonline.com reported Timothy Gagne, 48, will be removed from the list because a judge determined Monday he presents “a very low risk of recidivism.” Gagne was convicted in 1989 on two counts of felonious sexual assault on a victim between the ages of 13 and 16.

Since his conviction, Gagne has also been convicted of issuing bad checks, possession of fireworks, simple assault and a false statement under oath.
