Dunkin' Donuts to open in Winchester after years-long dispute
WINCHESTER — Plans for a Dunkin' Donuts location will move forward after a decision by the New Hampshire Supreme Court in favor of the site's developers this week.
The behemoth coffee and doughnut chain will be located within a gas station/convenience store combination in Winchester.
The ruling comes after a dispute that stretches back to 2012, according to The Keene Sentinel.
Developers of the Dunkin's, S.S. Baker's Realty Co., LLC, were previously embroiled in a legal battle with Kulick's, Inc., a grocery store and gas station already in town, over concerns about applications to the Winchester planning board and zoning board of adjustment.
At this time, no timeline for construction has been made public.
