Drug sweep targeting street dealers nets 10 arrests in Somersworth, Rochester, Dover

A drug sweep targeting street-level dealers resulted in 10 arrests in Somersworth, Dover and Rochester.

According to the Strafford County Drug Task Force, those arrested are not part of a single drug network. The arrests followed several months of investigation and involved help from the Somersworth, Dover and Rochester police departments, U.S. Marshals and the N.H. Probation and Parole.

Those arrested include:

Stephanie MacDonald, 34, of 11 Union St. in Somersworth was charged with sale of the controlled drug heroin. MacDonald was being held at the Strafford County Jail on a parole violation and bail was set in the Dover Circuit Court at $10,000 cash only. If bail is posted, she is to be supervised by Strafford County Community Corrections.

Josh Roya, 24, whose last known address was 27 Sylvan Drive in Dover, was charged with sale of the controlled drug heroin. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Dover Circuit Court on Dec. 4.

Melissa Roya, 25, whose last known address was also 27 Sylvan Drive in Dover, was charged with sale of the controlled drug heroin. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Dover Circuit Court on Dec. 4.

Charles Brown, 41, of 616 Portland Ave. #48 in Rochester, was charged with sale of the controlled drug heroin and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. Brown is being held at the Strafford County Jail on a probation violation and bail was set at $5,000 cash. If bail is posted, he is to be supervised by Strafford County Community Corrections.

Nathaniel Pridham, 25, of 62 South Main St. Apt. #3 in Rochester, was charged with sale of the controlled drug heroin. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Rochester Circuit Court on Dec. 14.

Charlyce Goodwin, 22, of 62 South Main St. Apt. #3 in Rochester, was arrested for sale of the controlled drug heroin. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Rochester Circuit Court on Nov. 30.

Bonnie Brown, 58, of 36 Farmington Rd. Apt. #1D7 in Rochester, was charged with sale of the controlled drug Klonopin. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Rochester Circuit Court on Dec. 14.

Richard S. Trueman, 32, of 11 Olde Farm Ln. Apt. #12 in Rochester, was charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another (heroin sales). He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Rochester Circuit Court on Dec. 14.

Renee Shaw, 55, of 73 Crystal Springs Park in Somersworth, was charged with sale of the controlled drug heroin. She was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Dover Circuit Court on Dec. 14.

Toni Russo, 49, of 29 Chestnut St. Apt. #1 in Rochester, was charged with sale of the controlled drug Oxycodone Hydrochloride. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Rochester Circuit Court on Dec. 14.
