Drug investigation leads to 9 arrests in Lebanon

LEBANON — A months-long investigation by police, the Grafton County Sheriff's office and a state drug task force led to nine drug-related arrests on Thursday.

All of the arrests involved residents of Lebanon charged with sale or possession of a variety of drugs including heroin, crack cocaine, pain killers and marijuana, police said.

Those arrested are:

Kevin Schneible, 26, charged with sale of controlled drug acts prohibited (Percocet), and possession of marijuana.

Alex Kozak, 30, charged with two counts of controlled drugs acts prohibited, MDMA (Ecstasy) and marijuana.

Nikki Martin, 24, charged with conspiracy to commit controlled drugs acts prohibited, heroin.

Jacob Trench, 24, charged with controlled drug acts prohibited, Oxycodone.

Eric Therrien, 43, charged with controlled drug acts prohibited, heroin and Oxycodone.

Candice Allain, 39, was arrested at the New Hampshire State Prison for women in Goffstown and charged with sale of controlled drug acts prohibited, crack cocaine.

Elissa Brown, 36, charged with conspiracy to commit sale of controlled drugs acts prohibited, heroin.

Robert Tobin, 39, charged with sale of controlled drugs acts prohibited, heroin.

David Aspen, 27, Lebanon was arrested and charged with controlled drugs acts prohibited with intent to sell, over five grams of heroin.

Schneible, Allain, Kozak, Martin, Trench and Therrien were each released on personal recognizance bail and are all scheduled to be arraigned in the 2nd Circuit Court District Division in Lebanon on Nov. 30.

Brown and Tobin were both released on personal recognizance bail pending Dec. 15 arraignments in the 5th Circuit Court District Division in Newport.

Aspen is being held at the Grafton County House of Corrections in lieu of $10,000 cash bail pending his arraignment in the 2nd Circuit Court District Division in Lebanon on Oct. 29.
