Drug court in Nashua marks 1st year of operation

NASHUA — Authorities are holding an open house at the adult drug court in Nashua to mark its first year of operation.

The event is scheduled Thursday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hillsborough County Superior Court, Southern District.

A mini-drug court session will be held, along with a question-and-answer period.

Community and state leaders are expected to attend, including Nashua Mayor Donnalee Lozeau and Mayor-elect Jim Donchess.

Drug courts also exist in Cheshire, Grafton, Rockingham, Strafford counties along with the city of Laconia.
