Driver who flipped car over Bedford fence charged with negligent homicide, drunken driving


BEDFORD - A driver who hit a utility pole and flipped his car over a fence in a crash on Friday that killed one passenger has been charged with negligent homicide and drunken driving.

Deng M. Chol Mabor, 39, of Manchester was taken into custody on his Eliot Hospital bed and has been charged with drunk driving, reckless conduct, and negligent homicide.

Chol Mabor was in the Eliot for shoulder, arm and neck injuries.

The deceased passenger was Thon A. Kuai, 36, of Manchester.
