Dover man charged with indecent exposure after incident at Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru

DOVER - A man accused of showing his genitals to employees as he went through the drive-thru at Dunkin' Donuts is under arrest.

Police say Todd Kent, 30, of 2 Forest St. in Dover, has been charged with indecent exposure.

He is accused of pulling into the drive-thru on Portland Avenue on Sunday morning, March 27. Employees were able to provide a description of the man and his vehicle. When he returned the next day in a different vehicle (though he did not expose himself), witnesses got a registration number that led police to identify Kent as a suspect.

Kent turned himself in to police after learning there was a warrant for his arrest. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Dover District Court on June 6.
