Diabetes Alert Day asks for 'wake-up call' on common disease

Tuesday is Diabetes Alert Day.

The American Diabetes Association designates it as a one-day 'wake-up call' asking the American public to take the Diabetes Risk Test to find out if they are at risk for Type-2 or pre-diabetes.

One in three American adults has pre-diabetes, and most don't know they have it. With a little exercise and some changes to your diet, it can be reversed.

Click here to take a quick and easy test to see if you're at risk.
