DERRY - Some Derry residents might be celebrating tonight.
A judge ruled Monday that the town must hold a special election after they filed a lawsuit claiming the budget process was illegal.
However, voters must head to the polls before September 30.
Cuts were made to fire, police, public works and other departments.
