Derry, NH, to spray for mosquitoes after EEE found


DERRY - The town will spray for mosquitoes after Eastern Equine Encephalitis was found.

Spraying will happen Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, from 5-9:30 p.m. at Barka School, Derry Village School, East Derry School, Grinnell School, Hood School, South Range School, West Running Brook School, Alexander-Carr Park, Don Ball Park, MacGregor Park, Rider Fields, Veterans Field, O'Hara Field, Pinkerton Academy and Pinkerton practice field.

These fields and parks are closed from 5 p.m. Monday, October 6, 2014, to 5 a.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2014.

People cannot be present during spraying.
