Daughter of murdered New Hampshire woman takes the stand
NEWPORT, N.H. - The daughter of a New Hampshire woman allegedly killed by her husband took the stand today.
The 21-year-old says her father James Robarge owned multiple guns and he wanted to move back into their Charlestown home but her mother wouldn't let him.
Family members and jurors also watched a court surveillance video today showing Kelly Robarge filing for divorce.
Authorities believe James killed her later that day then dumped her body in the town of Unity.
Robarge maintains his innocence and plans on testifying.
