Police Stop Leads to Crack Cocaine Possession Arrest
MANCHESTER — Police said they arrested a Manchester woman for having a baggie of crack cocaine in her car.
About 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, an officer saw a vehicle leaving the rear of ColorTyme, which was closed at the time.
The driver of the car, identified as Victoria Castaldo, committed a driving violation and the officer pulled her over, police said. During the stop, the officer saw that Castaldo had a crack pipe stem and a baggie of crack cocaine on the center console, police said.
Castaldo, 48, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
