HOOKSETT — Police allegedly found a New Hampshire man passed out in his car in the middle of the road, resulting in his arrest.
Passerbys flagged down officers from the Hooksett Police Department for an unresponsive person in a car in the area of West River Road (Route 3A) and Gosselin Avenue Sunday at 4:54 a.m.
