NASHUA — A man who threatened to kill a family member was arrested by police Wednesday.
At 7:34 p.m., police responded to a call that alleged Daniel Paige Jr., 30, of Nashua, had threatened to kill him during an argument while waving a knife.
The man, who is related to Paige, told police that Paige had damaged a wall by throwing something and punching it.
When officers arrived they found Paige outside of the residence, still armed with a knife and he was yelling and swearing at the officers, police said.
They were eventually able to take Paige into custody without incident and took him to a local hospital for evaluation, police said.
After a brief investigation into the incident, Paige was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, felony criminal threatening and domestic violence.
Paige is scheduled to be arraigned in Nashua district court. If convicted, he could face up to seven years in prison.
