NH woman turns herself into police on charges of selling fentanyl, causing man's death
DOVER — On Wednesday, a New Hampshire woman turned herself in at the Dover Police Department after an arrest warrant was issued for charges of selling fentanyl which resulted in the death of a Portsmouth man.
Kelly Barry, 31, of Dover, allegedly sold fentanyl, a controlled drug, to Patrick Swain, 32, of Portsmouth, on January 16.
Swain then took the fentanyl, which resulted in an overdose at his home and eventually his death.
Barry is being held without bail and will face a video arraignment July 14 at Seabrook Circuit Court.
