NH Woman Indicted in Seacoast Drug Death
BRENTWOOD — A grand jury has indicted a Dover woman who is accused of giving a Portsmouth man a fatal dose of drugs.
Kelly Barry, who had lived at 30 Second St., Apt. B, Dover, was arrested in July by Dover police after a warrant had been issued for her arrest in dealing a fatal dose of fentanyl to Patrick Swain, 32, in January. The grand jury in Rockingham County indicted Barry in its October session.
Barry, 31, is accused of selling or giving the drug to Swain before he overdosed in his home.
At the time of her arrest she had been held without bail. Police in Dover and Portsmouth worked with the Drug Enforcement Agency in their investigation.
