HOOKSETT — Police arrested a woman on multiple drug possession charges after a concerned citizen reported seeing an unconscious man inside of her vehicle Wednesday.
Hooksett police said around 6:19 p.m. they responded to the Park and Ride on Hackett Hill Road for a report of an unconscious man in a vehicle.
Police said they determined the man was under the influence of drugs and he was transported to a local hospital.
Police spoke with the owner of the car, Mallory Grondin, 19, of Lancaster, who was also in the car when the man overdosed. She gave police consent to search her vehicle and police said they found a white powdery substance believed to be fentanyl along with three Suboxone strips inside.
Grondin was arrested on four counts of possession of drugs and transported to the Hooksett Police Department where she was booked, processed and held on $2,000 cash or surety. She was transported to the Merrimack County jail and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
