From Assault to Cocaine Sales, Police Arrest 6 in Derry on Various Charges
DERRY — A joint effort to curb drug-related crimes resulted in six arrests on Saturday.
Jeremy Mizoras, 39, 15 Silvestri Circle No. 8, Derry. Mizoras was arrested on a warrant for simple assault and criminal trespass stemming from an incident in December 2017. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail with a court appearance scheduled for April 12.
Tammy A. Nichols, 37, 21 Fairway Drive, Apt. 1321, Derry. Nichols was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for six counts of simple assault and one count violation of a criminal protection order. Her bail was set at $1,000 cash/surety and she was taken to the Rockingham County Jail and was scheduled for a court hearing Tuesday.
Raymond Gerrior, 47, 65 Fordway St., Apt. 4, Derry. Gerrior was arrested on a warrant obtained by New Hampshire State Prison for violation of parole. He was taken to Rockingham County Jail and held without bail.
Aaron Jones, 43, 28 Railroad Square, Nashua. Jones was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled drug and later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
Justin Robles (no photo), 27, 5 Laraway Court, Apt. 3C, Derry. Robles was arrested on two counts of sale of a controlled drug (cocaine). Robles was taken to the Rockingham County Jail where he is being held on $10,000 cash bail.
Brandi Finn (no photo), 23, 109 Franklin St., Apt. 2D, Derry. Finn was arrested on one count conspiracy to sell a controlled drug (cocaine). She was taken to Rockingham County Jail where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance.
The arrests made by Derry police and Rockingham County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force are part of Operation Granite Shield.
