Hooksett police said around 7:11 p.m., a vehicle ran a stop sign while exiting the Circle K gas station on Bell Avenue.
An officer stopped the vehicle and said the driver, Dylan Walsh, 31, of Concord, kept reaching under his seat after being told not to.
The officer asked Walsh to step out of the vehicle, and he consented to a search.
Police said the officer found multiple white rocks believed to be crack cocaine inside the vehicle.
Walsh was arrested and charged with transportation of drugs, possession of drugs, operating after suspension and a stop sign violation.
Walsh was transported to the Hooksett Police Department where he was booked, processed and released on $8,000 personal recognizance with a court date of Oct. 5 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
