4 Men 'Picked' Wrong Bridge to Vandalize, Now Facing Charges Police Say
MERRIMACK — Police arrested four men in connection with a "tagging" incident on the underside of a bridge.
On Nov. 6, police responded to the Central Fire Station Bridge at 432 Daniel Webster Highway for a report of vandalism.
A witness at the scene told officers that four men involved in the incident had left the scene in two vehicles. The officers found the vehicles and pulled them over, questioning the men inside.
After collecting evidence and investigating, officers drafted warrants to arrest the men and the four were taken into custody on Friday and Wednesday.
Kiernan L. Luby, 21, of 210 Tirrell Hill Road, Goffstown; Colby T. Chery, 19, of 72 Appleton St., Manchester; Patrick M. Allbee, 22, of 80-1 Dunbarton Road, Manchester; and Cullen J. Cunningham, 21, 3-A Kerri Lane, Hooksett; are charged with criminal mischief and criminal liability.
Police said the men "specifically picked" that spot to vandalize. All four men were released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and are scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court Dec. 19.
