Convicted NH heroin and fentanyl dealer sentenced to 8 years


CONCORD - A Sanbornton man was sentenced to eight years in federal prison after pleading guilty to eight counts of selling heroin and one count of conspiracy to distribute.

Court documents assert that law enforcement organized for heroin and or fentanyl to be purchased from Micheal Smith, 35, eight times.

The judge ordered that Smith serve an additional 3 years of supervised release upon the completion of his term.
