Convicted felon will spend 70-months in prison for selling guns to undercover NH officers
CONCORD — A convicted felon who tried to sell firearms to undercover officers will serve almost six years in prison.
Christopher Barker, 24 of Epsom, pleaded guilty on Feb. 28 to charges included illegally possessing firearms.
Concord Police conducted an undercover operation arranged to purchase a firearm from Barker in March of 2016, according to court documents. When Barker arrived at the deal, officers arrested him, seizing two firearms from his vehicle, which he was prohibited from possessing.
After being released from prison following his 70-month sentence, he will be on supervised release for three years.
