Convicted drug dealer caught in Claremont week after warrant issued for arrest


CONCORD - A convicted drug dealer wanted on a supervised release violation was been caught.

Gerald 'Jay' Swanson, 46, was originally convicted and sentenced for a 2006 case involving the sale of cocaine. A supervised release warrant was issued for his arrest last week.

U.S. Marshals officials were able to find and arrest Swanson in Claremont on Wednesday.

Swanson was found at a family members home and was taken into custody.
