CONCORD - A water main break early Friday morning left 17 Concord homes without water for several hours. A section of Rolinda Ave was closed while crews worked on the break.
The Department of Public Works say the pipes date back to the 1970's and in the winter it's common to have a dozen or so main breaks.
The pipes were replaced and water was restored around 12:30pm.
