CONCORD - A ribbon-cutting ceremony has been planned for the reopening of Guyette Pool in Rolfe Park.
Concord city officials are inviting the community to the ceremony Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Renovations to increase safety, accessibility, efficiency and appeal were made to the pool.
The pool will officially be reopened and residents from Concord and Penacook can enter free of charge with ID.
However, the pool will close again after the event until the official summer opening on Saturday.
There are still upgrades scheduled for the pool during the multi-year commitment.
