Concord police seek 23-year-old man, saying he may be a danger to self or others
WEBSTER - Police say they are looking for a 23-year-old Concord man who may be a danger to himself or others after getting into trouble for violating a protective order -- allegedly banging on a bathroom window while a woman hid inside.
Police say Zachary Gove, of Garvins Falls Road, has been arrested in the past for breaking into the victim's home. Police say the victim, who lives in Webster, received a restraining order against Gove, which was extended and then made permanent in 2015.
On Feb. 24, Webster police responded to a report that Gove had showed up at the victim's home demanding she open her door and speak with him. Police say she hid in the bathroom while he banged on the window. He fled when she told him she'd called the police.
Gove is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot 11-inches tall, 170 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. Police say he may be driving a black 2007 Toyota Tundra with a NH vanity license plate “ELMASRY.”
Anyone who sees Gove is advised not to attempt to detain him, but to call the Concord Regional Crimeline at (603) 226-3100 or your local police department.
