Concord pizza shop searched for drugs, one man under arrest

CONCORD – A month-long police investigation into cocaine dealing in the city has led to the arrest of Kurt Dillon of Dillon's Pizza on Depot Street.

Police say they got a search warrant for the business, which was closed when they conducted the search, and found a substantial quantity of cocaine and marijuana.

Dillon, 26, of Main Street, Chichester was charged with conspiracy to sell a controlled drug and two counts of possession with intent to distribute both cocaine and marijuana.

Dillon was arraigned on Friday in Concord District Court and bail was set at $300,000. As of Friday afternoon, Dillon was being held at the state prison in Concord.

Police say additional charges and arrests may be forthcoming as the investigation continues.
