Concord man arrested on heroin charges, woman in home also had drugs, police say
CONCORD - An investigation by the Concord police's Drug Enforcement Unit led to two arrests on Wednesday.
Police say they got a warrant for the arrest of James Machado, 39, of Greenwood Avenue, who's accused of selling heroin and fentanyl.
Following the arrest, police received a warrant to search his home and found drugs in the possession of a second person at the house. Danielle S. Clark 42, was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of fetanyl with the intent to distribute and with control of premises where drugs are kept.
Machado and Clark were held at the Merrimack County jail and were scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in Concord District Court.
