BOW - New Hampshire State Police arrested a man for drug possession after he crashed on Interstate 93 south in Bow Monday afternoon.
Police say 28-year-old Brenin Reale of Concord was behind the wheel of a 2004 Toyota Tacoma when he failed to slow down at an accident scene. Reale lost control of his truck and crashed into another vehicle. Neither party was injured in the crash.
On suspicion of intoxication, Reale was given field sobriety tests, which he failed. Police seized a scale, plastic bags, drugs and money from the suspect.
He was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.
He was released on $1000 cash bail and will be arraigned in the 6th Circuit - District Division - Concord Court, on Feb. 23, 2015 at 8:30 a.m.
