CONCORD - The ongoing poultry plant controversy has finally reached it's end.
Fournier Foods has been approved to build a poultry processing plant on Locke Road, near a country club and a residential area of the capitol city.
The City Council voted to approve the plans to move forward despite complaints from East Concord residents.
The company is expected to break-ground on the site in 2015.
