Latest NH1 Weather 7 Day Forecast for the Granite State from Chief Meteorologist Clayton Stiver:
A cold front will slowly approach from the west tonight and Thursday and will finally cross the region Thursday Night. Heavy rain will be possible Thursday PM with an isolated flooding threat mainly along the eastern facing slopes of the foothills and mountains. A weak ridge of high pressure will build in behind the front on Friday. A secondary cold front will approach from the west Friday Night into Saturday and cross the region Saturday Night. This frontal passage will finally usher in a more seasonable air mass which looks to linger for some time. High pressure will gradually build in from the west Sunday into Monday.
Thursday: Cloudy with showers likely and possibly a t-storm, areas of fog, the rain could be heavy at times along with some gusty winds, highs 67-71. Thursday Night: Showers likely with a t-storm also possible, the rain could be heavy at times along with some gusty winds, lows 55-60. Friday: An early morning shower otherwise cloudy to start with clearing skies during the afternoon, a little breezy, highs 68-72. Saturday: Sun and clouds, an isolated shower possible, breezy, highs 64-68. Sunday: Partly sunny, breezy and much cooler, highs 50-54. Monday: Mostly sunny, highs 54-58.
