Clayton Stiver's 7-day NH1 Forecast for Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014

Source: NH1 Chief Meteorologist -

Upper level energy to our north exits Saturday. A cold air mass for this time of the year will be locked in place for Saturday. High pressure moves in south of the region through Saturday Night and shifts offshore for Sunday.

Low pressure over the Gulf States tracks northeastward Sunday Night moving across New England for Monday and Monday Night. This system looks to bring mostly rain for lower elevations of central and southern NH, but a rain/snow mix will be possible across the Mountains and Great North Woods. This is all dependent upon the track of the low pressure system so changes are still possible...stay tuned!

Behind the system for Monday, arctic air filters back into the Granite State but fair skies look to return with high pressure.

Saturday: Ample sunshine but cold, highs 33-38. Saturday Night: Increasing clouds, lows 21-25. Sunday: Mostly cloudy, little warmer, highs 39-43. Monday: Cloudy with rain and some snow mixed, mainly across higher elevations, highs 37-41. Tuesday: Sun and clouds, breezy and cold, highs 34-38. Wednesday: Sun and clouds, cold, highs 31-35. Thursday: Sun and clouds, highs 35-39. Friday: Mostly sunny, highs 36-40.
