Claremont man pleads not guilty to sexually assaulting 15-year-old teen
CLAREMONT — A 44-year-old man was arrested for several counts of sexual assault as he was leaving the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon on Wednesday.
Police said Barrett Hodgdon, of Claremont, sexually assaulted an unidentified 15-year-old minor between the time period of August 1 and October 4. Police say the minor was known to Hodgdon.
It is unknown why he was leaving the medical center, but he was not employed with them.
Hodgdon pleaded not guilty to two counts aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts felonious sexual assault during his arraignment on October 13. His bail was set at $25,000 cash bail only with special conditions.
