City orders cleanup of Berlin property being used to store junk

BERLIN — The city has ordered property owners to clean their property which is said to be storing junk.

Denise and Gary Roy told the Berlin Daily Sun that they have seen an associate of Dellofane using the property to store junk. They also said that the litter from the property frequently makes its way to neighboring properties and is reducing property values of neighboring houses.

A 155B citation was ordered to Dellofane by the city to clean their property.

Last month, the Dellofanes daughter, Kristin Black, was found dead on the side of the road near the house.
